Notes: Comments by John Melnick: Mr. Melnick, owner since October 8, 2008, is spending the summer in a remote location without telephone or e-mail access. He has kindly agreed to provide additional comments in the fall. To be added. Addendum: CF-BUY c/n 110C was the second manufactured Cub Aircraft purchased by Kepler Aviation Ltd. on January 21, 1946. Within a period of 10 months, Don Kepler purchased 12 Piper J3C-65 Cubs, or 8% of the total manufactured production. Kepler Aviation offered charter flights, sightseeing trips, flying instruction and was an official distributor of Cub Aircraft Corp. Ltd. CF-BUY was sold to G.A. Bowers, Airdrie, Alberta on July 23, 1946. CF-BUY has remained in Alberta its entire life and is currently owned by John Melnick, High River since 2008-10-08. John has shared most of these 2019 photographs including the historical record of the first four owners. ================================================================================================== Remarques: Commentaires de John Melnick: M.
