Notes: CF-BED c/n C-1080 was registered to F. H. Armitage on April 2, 1937 at Hamilton, Ontario. Its certificate expired 10 years later. No 5008 operational files were ever sent to Library and Archives Canada by DoT. The only record was captured by John R. Ellis in his Canadian Civil Aircraft Register (CCAR) and published by the Canadian Aviation Historical Society (CAHS). The last owners were D. G. Hill and C. O. Dickhout from Port Colborne, Ontario. Coincidentally they had owned CF-BBY in 1945 before it was destroyed in the March 1947 St. Catharines hangar file. They had bought both CF-BED and CF-BBY from Warren Air Service at the Hamilton Municipal Airport. The certificate for CF-BED had expired in June 1947 and it was Withdrawn From Use. ================================================================================================== Remarques: CF-BED c/n C-1080 a été immatriculé au nom de F. Ellis dans son Registre des aéronefs civils canadiens (CCAR) et publié par la Société d'histoire de l'aviation du Canada (CAHS). Les derniers propriétaires furent D. G. Hill et C. O. Dickhout de Port Colborne, en Ontario. Coïncidence, ils avaient possédé le CF-BBY en 1945 avant qu'il ne soit détruit lors de l'incendie de hangar de mars 1947 à St. Catharines. Ils avaient acheté à la fois le CF-BED et le CF-BBY de Warren Air Service à l'aéroport municipal de Hamilton. Le certificat du CF-BED avait expiré en juin 1947 et il a été Retiré De l'Usage. |
